If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
Please note: We only cover shipping costs (both for the initial order and the return) if the product is defective.

Special Policy for Wall Prints We take great care in producing and packaging your Wall Prints. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Take a clear photograph of the damaged print and the packaging.
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. In these cases, you are not required to return the damaged item.

Copyright and Legal Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any material you provide to us does not infringe upon any copyright or other legal restrictions. We will only copy, edit, or record copyrighted material if you provide us with full written permission from the copyright owner.
We reserve the right to charge for the postage to return any copyrighted material for which you cannot provide permission.
Care of Your Original Materials
We handle your property with the utmost care. However, please note the following:
Liability for Damage: Our liability for any damage to your original property while in our possession is limited to the replacement cost of a blank medium.
Old Cine Film: We take special care with old cine film, but it is inherently prone to breakage. We will repair it whenever possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage to old film that is beyond our control. Media Compatibility and Quality
We use high-quality recorders and media (DVD, CD, Blu-ray). However, we cannot guarantee that the final discs will be compatible with all DVD and Blu-ray players due to the wide variety of devices on the market.
Shipping and Delivery
We rely on third-party carriers to transport your materials. We recommend using a service with tracking, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, when you send items to us. Checking Your Order: We keep a digital copy of your order for two weeks while you check the work and decide if you need any additional copies.
Reporting Defects: If you are unhappy with the quality of our work, please notify us of any alleged defects within five days of delivery.
Rectifying the Situation: We will first try to rectify the issue. If the work is proven to be faulty, you can return the medium and packaging we sent you. Upon receipt, we will issue you a full refund.
