The Book will usually be dispatched the working day following receipt of payment. Should there be any delay we would advise you by email, offering earliest new supply date or a full refund. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Please note - We do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
General Limitations eBooks and printed books:You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise assign any rights to the Publication or any portion of it to any third party, and you may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Publication. In addition, you may not bypass, modify, defeat, or circumvent any security features that protect the eBook Publication. Copyright in the Publication is owned by the author. Unauthorised use of the Publication including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or re-publication without the prior written consent of the author is prohibited. Names or related product and service names, design marks and slogans that are the trade names, service marks or trademarks of the author may not be used without prior written consent.

Video Editing, Duplication, Cine and Voiceovers: By placing an order you agree to our terms and conditions. We maintain the highest level of care and service. It is your responsibility to ensure that no material provided to us infringes any copyright or other legal restriction. Any copyrighted material will only be copied, edited or recorded with full written permission of the copyright owner. (We reserve the right to charge postage for returning such material) Where CDs and DVDs are used as an end recording medium, we utilise high quality recorders, blank DVD, CD and Blu-ray media. However, please note, like other providers of DVD duplication we cannot guarantee compatibility with all DVD and Blu-ray players. Whilst we take the utmost care in looking after your property, our liability for any damage whilst in our possession will be limited to the replacement cost of blank media. Old cine film is prone to breakage. We will repair where possible, but in such cases this is beyond our control and no liability for any damage will be taken. We are reliant on third parties for transporting of material. We suggest you use a service that includes tracking, such as Royal Mail Special delivery. When we return your items we use a tracked delivery service. We keep a digital copy of your order for two weeks whilst you check your order and decide if any additional copies are required. We want you to be satisfied with our work. If you are unhappy in any way, please notify us of any alledged defects within five days of delivery, so that we may try to rectify the situation. If the work is faulty, you can then return any medium and packaging we have sent you and on receipt we will send you a full refund. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.
